Our story of quality production begins before even the first client meeting, with our team continuously reviewing the latest design trends, adopting new technologies, expanding our supplier base, and optimizing our production line. 2Personalized Client Service

We work closely with clients to realize their brand visions, whether offering designs from our extensive ODM catalog, developing original OEM sketches, or utilizing the CAD or physical models provided. Our personalized service also includes detailed suggestions about the materials, functionalities, and other product features best suited to a piece’s intended look, quality, and price. Finally, because we agree to only those deadlines that we can meet with absolute certainty, and remain in constant contact throughout the product development process, our clients can rest assured that their orders will be fulfilled to their full satisfaction.

3Sample Production

We combine attentiveness to detail with state-of-the-art technologies to quickly develop samples according to our clients’ specifications, working out every possible contingency during this early stage to ensure quick turnaround times and seamless mass production later.

4Order Fulfillment

Each step of production is performed in-house by dedicated teams of extensively trained, specialized craftspeople, with regular team meetings to confirm order details, client relations staff to track each piece through the manufacturing process, and Quality Control (QC) checks at all points to ensure product quality and eliminate possible delays.

5Quality Control (QC) Checks & Shipment

All orders at our factory end the same way that they start - with a rigorous review of all product details by our dedicated Quality Control (QC) staff, who run a final check on each piece before it is packed according to our clients’ specifications and shipped by their couriers of choice.

We offer a wide variety of synthetic and natural stones, pearls, and diamonds, all sourced and imported from trusted suppliers, inspected by our in-house stone grading department, and compliant with both Kimberley Process guidelines and the World Diamond Council System of Warranties.

Metal Testing

We consistently work with metals of higher grades than are standard within the silver and gold jewelry industries, ensuring the superior quality of our products. Regular metal testing is performed in-house with various specialized machines and chemical treatments, including silver and gold purity tests during casting, tarnish and thickness tests during plating, and daily inspections of all plating solutions.
